Conference Gulag-Gupvi. The Soviet Captivity in Europe

The Hungarian Committee of National Remembrance, the Research Centre for the Humanities of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences, and the Pécs-Baranya Ethnic Circle of Germans in Hungary organise an international conference GULAG–GUPVI. THE SOVIET CAPTIVITY IN EUROPE which will take place on 25 November 2015 in Budapest, Hungary, Hungarian Academy of Sciences Ceremonial Hall, Széchenyi István square 9.

Mr Zoltan Balog, the Minister of Human Resources of Hungary will give an opening speech at the conference. Among the speakers there is also Professor Jan Rydel, chairmane of Steering Committee of European Network Remembrance and Solidarity. 

Simultaneous interpretation is provided in Hungarian, English and Russian. Programme of the conference is available at organisers' website
