In September 2015, after extensive process of inter-ministerial consultations, Albania joined the ENRS as an observer member. Upon the decision of Mr Blendi Klosi, Minister of Social Welfare and Youth of Albania, Ms Gentjana Sula was appointed as the member of the ENRS Advisory Board of the Albanian party.
Ms Gentjana Sula is the Deputy Minister of Social Welfare and Youth of Albania since October 2013. Main focus of her work is to advance policies and programs for skills development and employment. She worked as international consultant (2013) and at the World Bank (2006-2012) specializing in education policy development, youth and gender in several countries, and UNICEF (1998-2006) working on child protection. She holds an MBA (2002) and MSc in Earth Sciences (1993), and is currently completing her doctorate in educational studies in Tirana University.
