Freedom Festival is an annual multi-genre cultural festival organised by UPN with a special focus put on history of Slovakia and times of oppression it endured in 20th century. Among the featured events one can find film screenings, exhibitions, workshops and discussions. ENRS has the pleasure to be the festival's main partner.
This year the programme includes the premiere of the Sound in the Silence 2018 documentary. The short film, directed by Daniel Dluhy, depicts the visit of students from Finland, Germany, Lithuania and Poland to Warsaw and their cooperation on a performance based on their emotions, experiences, and understanding of what happaned in the Polish capital during the Second World War.
The movie screening will take place on 5 November at 9:00 am, in Kino Lumière, Špitálska 24, Bratislava.
