I hereby express my endorsement to the ‘Guidelines for international discourse on history and memory’ presented at this moment on the website: enrs.eu/guidelines (to be further referred to as the "Guidelines").

I hereby grant a consent for my personal data determined below as well as my personal data in scope of political opinions and philosophical beliefs included in the Guidelines, to be published including but not limited to: on the hardcopy materials connected with the Guidelines and/or in the Internet – in connection with information about the Guidelines and to be processed, by the state cultural institution Instytut Europejskiej Sieci Pamięć i Solidarność with its registered seat in Warsaw (Eng. the Institute of the European Network Remembrance and Solidarity), for the purpose of promotion of the Guidelines.

I hereby grant a consent for processing, by the state cultural institution Instytut Europejskiej Sieci Pamięć i Solidarność with its registered seat in Warsaw (Eng. the Institute of the European Network Remembrance and Solidarity), of my personal data indicated below as well as my personal data in scope of political opinions and philosophical beliefs included in the Guidelines, for the purpose of maintenance of statistics of endorsement for the Guidelines.

As support for the Guidelines is being expresses by persons from around the world, I hereby express my consent as regards the transfer by the Institute of the European Network Remembrance and Solidarity seated in Warsaw of my personal data (referred to in subparagraph 2 above) to third countries, i.e. those outside of the borders of the European Economic Area (EEA), even if, due to the absence of a decision concerning the appropriate level of protection as well as of appropriate safeguards, such countries do not guarantee ensuring personal data protection at the level required and in force within the EEA, for the purpose of promotion of the Guidelines. I hereby declare to have been informed that the above may increase the risk of incidents as regards breaches of regulations concerning the protection of my data during their processing, outside of the EEA.
