After the Great War exhibition has arrived in Trieste

Starting today, our travelling exhibition 'After the Great War' can be seen at the Largo Odorico Panfili in the northeastern Italian city of Trieste. It is the fourth (after Darmstadt, Sibiu and Dublin) and the last stop of the display in 2022.

On this occasion, a press conference was held at the headquarters of Circollo della Stampa with the participation of: Luciano Santin - President of Circolo della Stampa, Giorgio Rossi, the Councilor for Culture, Tourism and Sport of the Community of Trieste and dr Bartosz Dziewanowski-Stefańczyk, the curator of the exhibition (ENRS). A letter by Pierluigi Sabatti, the President of Regional Institute for the History of the Resistance and the Contemporary Age, was read to participants of the conference. The event was followed by a guided tour for the Italian jurnalists.
We encourage everyone who happen to be in Italy to visit the exhibition: it will be open to the public until 11 October!

The official opening of the exhibition in Trieste will take place on 22 September. On the following day at 17.00 a public debate 'Memory of disputed regions after the Great War' will be held. Learn more about this event here

Our partners in Trieste are: Circolo della Stampa di Trieste, Comune di Trieste, Regione Friuli Venezia Giulia and Il Piccolo.
