On 10 June at Heldenplatz in Vienna an official presentation of the exhibition ‘After the Great War’ was held. We were honoured by the attendance of many distinguished guests.

The official presentation gathered prof. Heinz Fischer, former President of Austria, Jolanta Róża Kozłowska, Polish Ambassador to Austria, dr Theresia Niedermüller representing Andrea Mayer, Secretary of State in the Federal Ministry for Arts, Culture, the Civil Service and Sport of Austria, ambassador Andreas Stadler, as well as ambassadors form European countries to Austria, representatives from Austrian Parliament, cultural and academic institutions. Present were also the representatives from ENRS Committees: prof. Florin Abraham and prof. Josef Höchtl.

The event was hosted by director Rafał Rogulski of the ENRS and director Monika Sommer of the Haus der Geschichte Österreich.

The official presentation was followed by a guided tour by prof. Arnold Suppan, prof. Jan Rydel and the curator of the exhibition, dr. Bartosz Dziewanowski-Stefańczyk.
