The General Assembly rejects and condemns without any reservation any denial of the Holocaust as a historical event, either in full or in part

On 20 January 2022, on the 80th anniversary of the Wannsee Conference, the General Assembly of the UN adopted a draft resolution titled “Holocaust denial” (document A/76/L.30) without a vote. The 193-member organ also urged Member States and social media companies to take active measures to combat antisemitism and Holocaust denial or distortion in cyberspace. “L.30”, tabled jointly by Israel and Germany, was cosponsored by more than 100 Member States, including all of the ENRS Member States.
